At WeightWorld, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is fully processed.
